We respect your privacy and the trust you have installed in us to shop online at TLC Bling. We have never nor will we ever sell any of our consumers information to a 3rd party of any kind. 2: Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at TLC Bling. Online ordering is straight forward and convenient. Prices are calculated in US dollars.
3: Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Paypal payments. All payments are accepted through PayPal - You do not need to open an account with Paypal in order to purchase from TLC Bling.

5: International Shipping
Orders for outside the USA, for Hawaii, Canada, and International Orders, please contact TLC BLing to arrange purchase and shipping details.
6: Returns/Exchanges
TLC Bling offers a 100% hassle free return/exchange policy, if your not happy we're not happy! If for any reason you not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a refund, less shipping cost, to the account used for purchase. Please note that some items such as custom made, personalized, and specialty items may not be eligible for return. To make sure your return/exchange transaction goes smoothly please follow the following steps below:
7: Returns
You must contact TLC Bling within 10 business days of receiving your order for a return authorization, all sales become final 10 days after you received your item(s). We take great care in packaging your orders, however if your item was damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue immediately. You may contact us here.
8: Returns/Gift Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us here and provide the order number, item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new item number you wish to exchange it for. We will contact you shortly thereafter to confirm the item is in stock. If the item is more or less than your original purchase the difference will be credited/charged to the account you made the original purchase with. You must contact TLC Bling within 10 business days of receiving your order.
9: Returns Condition
All returns must be in the original condition they were shipped. Original condition is defined as new - unused/unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging. If you fail to contact TLC Bling within the time frame listed above or if we suspect the item(s) were washed, worn, or is anything less than resalable condition, we reserve the right to ship the item(s) back at the buyers expense.
We understand that this may be harsh however we must protect ourselves as well as our customers, we do not want to sell you an item that is in anyway less than brand new condition.
Please understand that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns. If you would like to exchange an item, shipping is on us
11: Tracking your Order
You will notified by email once your order is shipped.
12: Disclosure
Customer acknowledges that rhinestones, crystals, and other decorative items may detach from products and pose a choking risk or may be hazardous if swallowed.
**All such items should be used under adult supervision.
Customer agrees that use of product or service is entirely at customer's own risk. TLC Bling is not responsible.
13: Hair Accessory Care
Hand wash cold, keeping applique' dry or spot clean only. Lay flat to dry.
